NBA Trade Deadline: Which executives deal with each other most often?

The NBA trade deadline is mere days away. What everybody obviously wants to know is who’s going to be traded, and to where.

Unfortunately, I don’t have those answers. But I do think we can get some clues by looking at trade history. Specifically, which teams (and more importantly, which executives) have a history of trading with each other.
